The terms and conditions govern the relationship between Symbolily (equilibric of Alberto Tacconi) and its customers.
Symbolily may change them at any time.
The prices stated in the order confirmation are binding, in Swiss francs (CHF) or EURO (€) and include VAT.
The customer shall provide the information requested at the time of ordering, correctly and truthfully.
Symbolily accepts no liability in the event of errors in product images, text or price.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions listed here.

Payment methods

Payment upon collection of the goods at the workshop

Bank payment after order confirmation

or

Directly from the symbolily.com website with an online payment method available at the time of payment.

A valid and binding confirmation will be sent when the order is placed. This shall be valid as an invoice and the terms of delivery shall be established.

Gift voucher

The gift voucher is virtual only; the recipient receives an email with the value and code of the gift voucher. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift voucher is valid for one year from the day of issue.

Shipping

Shipments will be made to the countries indicated on the page shipments.
Delivery will be by the following couriers:

Switzerland: Swiss Post up to a maximum of 10kg (weight calculated automatically at checkout)

Italy, Germany, Austriaby couriers (e.g. UPS, TNT, DHL, GLS), depending on the shipping zone, weight and total value of the order, in other countries, up to a maximum of 10kg (weight calculated automatically at checkout); over 10kg, an additional fee is required. contact to arrange alternative shipping arrangements. For large-volume orders, delivery conditions, costs and deadlines will be determined in advance.
The customer shall be responsible for delivery by the courier service and shall, if necessary, make arrangements if he is not available or may indicate another delivery address.
Shipment is normally carried out within 2 working days if the product is already available, within 5 to 10 days for customised products; the timing depends on the complexity of the project, the processing and drying time of the materials, ...
Terms and dates of delivery are not binding.
In the event of delays, whether due to stockpiling or on the part of our suppliers, the customer will be notified promptly.

Warranty

Original product photos with dimensions, textures, colours etc... represent the product best but cannot be 100% accurate. The colours of a product seen in a photograph may vary slightly from the original. Reported measurements may vary by a few mm.

All articles are handcrafted and not guaranteed.

In the event of justified defects, they must be reported by email no later than 3 days after the date of delivery of the goods and accompanied by photos and videos.
Symbolily shall be entitled to remedy the defect or to replace it.
Further claims for damage caused by the purchaser shall be excluded.

Refund and return

Switzerland and European countries

A refund is not possible if the customer changes his mind when receiving the goods or does not like the purchased item.

If, on the other hand, the customer is not satisfied for objective and demonstrable reasons (obvious and serious defects, transport damage, incorrect and rough handling by the customer, use of aggressive cleaning products, ...) contact is required so that Symbolily can propose one or more solutions.

Only articles can be returned available in the shop at the time of purchase by contacting Symbolily by email within 3 days of receipt of the product and justifying with photos and/or video. If defects are present due to mishandling of the packaging by the shipper, photographs or video must be taken immediately so that Symbolily can request a refund from the transport company.

The refund will be made after receipt of the goods. The refunded amount will be assessed by Symbolily based on the condition of the product.

Shipping costs for the return of goods are borne by the customer. The product must be perfectly packaged and the shipment must be insured.

It is not possible to request a refund and return goods for products customised or for back-orders which are to be considered customised products.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the site at the time of checkout.
Shipping is free of charge for a minimum spend of CHF 50 or € 50

Duties

Any duties, taxes or customs charges calculated by national agencies are the responsibility of the customer and are not quoted on this site. It is not possible to ask Symbolily for reimbursement of these costs.

Jurisdiction

All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Mendrisio.
